Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yunto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of Yunto after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
Yunto is a date scheduling application that helps you plan and coordinate dates with people in your life. The service includes calendar integration, venue suggestions, availability matching, and push notifications. Yunto is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees about the availability or accuracy of venue information or scheduling features.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use Yunto. You may sign in using email and password, Google OAuth, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
User Conduct
You agree to use Yunto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, or offensive. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to Yunto.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Yunto, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Yunto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yunto and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, missed dates or appointments, or any interruption of service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other reasonable means. Your continued use of Yunto after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
