Information We Collect
Yunto collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you create an account. We also access your device contacts (phone numbers only) to build your date roster, read and write calendar events to check availability and schedule dates, and collect your location to geocode date venues. Push notification tokens are stored to deliver timely reminders and updates.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve Yunto, including matching your availability with your date roster, suggesting venues based on your preferences and location, sending push notifications for date confirmations and reminders, and personalizing your experience based on cuisine and activity preferences. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising or tracking purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using secure storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Third-Party Services
Yunto integrates with the following third-party services: Supabase for database storage and authentication, Google for OAuth sign-in, and Apple for Sign in with Apple. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We share only the minimum information necessary for authentication and service operation with these providers. We require that any third party with whom we share your data provides the same or equal protection of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile details within the app settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days. You may also revoke calendar or contact permissions through your device settings at any time.
