Deleting your account
You can delete your Yunto account and all associated personal data at any time, directly from the app.
How to delete your account
Open Yunto on your iPhone, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. After you confirm, your account and personal data are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Your date roster and related contact data
- Calendar associations and scheduled dates
- Saved preferences
- Push notification tokens
Data retention
We remove your data within 30 days of your request. We may retain limited records where required by law.
Cannot open the app?
If you are unable to access the app, email privacy@yunto.app from your account email address and we will process your deletion request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
